We conducted a market survey for Industry 4.0 commissioned by a company that provides business consulting services and digital transformation. Specifically, the client company works in the area of business process re-engineering and implementation of innovative solutions .

MARKET RESEARCH AND INSIGHT

Through the research carried out across the board for a field as complex as Digital Transformation, we were able to bring out:

  • Who are the other companies in the industry that may partly overlap as offerings. In fact, the study uncovered a particularly diverse competitive environment in which numerous consultants operate, offering different solutions and services.
  • How active is the demand for these online services and when can the target customer be identified. In light of the results, we found that the searches are often very general, but in some cases a customer ready to buy can be identified!
  • What channels to use to reach target customers. With the study, it was also possible to identify the topics most relevant to potential customers and the channels with which to reach them.
