MARKET RESEARCH AND ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS

We started with a Market X-Ray, bringing to light:

  • All available data on how much digital health is growing in Italy and what the most relevant investments are;
  • The main problems for doctors and patients listening to the network, and the most important issues related to digital health;
  • The characteristics of the two target audiences, physicians and patients, and how to better reach them;
  • All types of competing software and applications that solve similar problems and their characteristics.

The survey was summarized with a series of SWOT Analysis for each market area to highlight the opportunities to be emphasized in the business plan and the threats to the project to be taken into account when defining the marketing strategy.
